Winston-Salem Montessori School seeks Montessori assistant guides for our Toddler and Primary/Children’s House programs. The ideal candidates will be caring, experienced professionals in education and/or early childhood education with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must partner with parents and collaborate with a dedicated educational team to provide a nurturing authentic Montessori program for students. Experience in Montessori education a plus, but ongoing training and professional development are provided regardless of background.
Located on 15 acres between two campuses, Winston-Salem Montessori is an established, mission-driven organization providing fully implemented Montessori education for children and families for over 47 years. WSM currently serves toddlers (18 months) through 9th grade.
