Montessori Community school is seeking a Primary trained Lead to join our school community! We are a team of dedicated Montessorians guiding children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten. We have one Nido, two Toddler and two Primary classes.
Our school is AMI recognized and located in beautiful Santa Cruz County California, close to beaches and surrounded by redwoods.
We are looking for a Guide to ideally start in June, but any time before August 21st will work. Salary Range is $51,000-$65,000 BOE to start and guides get a guaranteed 6% salary increase each year.
We are looking for a long-term, dedicated Guide, who will take on a leadership role in our community.
