Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards in a fun and engaging way
– Create a positive classroom environment
– Provide instruction in various subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
– Partner with parents to achieve successful students
– Participate and pursue ongoing professional development
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Teaching certification or license
– Montessori Certification required
– Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
