HS Economics, History, and Social Sciences Teacher

Guide/Teacher,

The Post Oak School

“This is the way school should be!” is a phrase we have heard many times from The Post Oak School students and families. At a time when education needs an upgrade, Post Oak continues to challenge the norm by offering a unique learning experience that inspires and challenges students. We achieve this through the work of our talented, energetic, and supportive faculty community, who are passionate about their work and have an optimistic view of the capacities of teenagers. Will you join us?

The Post Oak School is accepting applications for a high school teacher responsible for teaching economics in historical context to 11th and 12th graders and integrated history and social sciences to 9th and 10th graders. Work in The Post Oak School High School program includes the opportunity to work side by side with students, implement project-based learning, develop curriculum, travel, and create classes for our interim terms. Qualified applicants must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject. Training in Montessori theory and practice is a plus.
