Heartwood Montessori, located in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis, is seeking a Head of School. Heartwood is a non profit school serving children age 16 months to six years. Ideal candidates will be passionate about Montessori education, skilled in collaboration, and possess strong business acumen, leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications:
• Montessori diploma – AMI or AMS.
• Bachelor degree. Master’s degree preferred.
• Montessori school administration or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated successful Montessori Lead Guide teaching experience
