Relocation package available for qualified candidates.  Staff with children enjoy free tuition during their tenure as employees.  We also offer a $500 referral bonus for individuals we identify as having referred a candidate we successfully employ.

Riverstone Montessori Academy is privately owned, with no board of trustees since 2005.  Our goal is to protect our curriculum from the diluting influences of non-Montessori practices. With a focus on diversity and inclusion, RMA is an academically and fiscally strong school with a clear Montessori-focused vision for the future. Our classrooms are fully stocked with well-maintained AMI Montessori materials and teachers have an unlimited budget for new materials as needed.  RMA provides funding for training and enrichment to address many of the new behavior and academic challenges experienced today.

We are located on five acres of wooded land in Marietta, minutes from metro Atlanta, with a low cost of living and all the benefits of diverse city life. RMA boasts an extraordinarily supportive parent and staff body – with beautiful, spacious, fully stocked classrooms and an administration that stands behind its teachers.
