The Post Oak School is accepting applications for the Elementary Director position. We are looking for a dynamic leader to support our strong team of teachers in their work with over 180 students and their families. The ideal candidate is committed to Montessori theory and practice, and embraces personal growth and a love of learning. The work at Post Oak is collaborative and we are looking for a team player who will focus their efforts on the best interest of the children we serve.

Leadership work at The Post Oak School is fast-paced and requires attention to detail and the ability to prioritize. The position also includes the opportunity to mentor and guide teachers, support families, and educate the community about the benefits of Montessori education and its relevance in today’s society.
