Oak Knoll Montessori School is an AMI accredited school located in Pasadena, California, just ten miles northeast of Los Angeles. We are a growing school, serving approximately 120 children from eighteen months to fifteen years old. OKMS is seeking an Elementary and Middle School coordinator to join our dedicated team. The Elementary and Middle School coordinator serves to guide and support our Elementary and Middle School faculty to provide the best AMI Montessori education possible. Our Elementary and Middle School programs are well established and growing. We have beautiful classrooms, AMI trained guides, and chickens. The Elementary and Middle School Coordinator meets regularly with faculty both individually and in small groups, sets agendas, and leads the teams toward stronger implementation and practice of Montessori. 

Oak Knoll has a dedicated community of families, two beautiful campuses, and will be celebrating 25 years next fall. We are a warm, supportive community of dedicated Montessori practitioners and we like to laugh. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

A relevant college degree

An AMI Montessori diploma

Several years of experience working in Elementary and/ or Adolescent Montessori programs

A commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice

Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus!
