Aldea Montessori is an all-day, all-year Montessori community of educators and parents who are passionate about creating an environment where every child can thrive. What We’re Looking For

Are you passionate about working with children between 3 and 6 years and dedicated to providing the highest-quality learning environment? Have you led a Montessori Primary room for at least two years? Could you be available as early as February 1, 2023 and at the latest by June 1, 2023? If so, this role might be perfect for you!  Please send us your resume and cover letter describing why you love working with children!

Have completed AMI Montessori training at the Primary Level

Have 2+ years of experience

Possess infinite patience and a calm, centered personality

Are eager to participate in a community of educators who share and learn from one another

Are excited to partner with parents on their child’s journey

Live in North Phoenix or are willing to relocate

Take pride in your work

Understand and appreciate all the behaviors of this age group
