Chicago Montessori is seeking an experienced and passionate Adolescent Guide to join our community as a Program Co-Director for the 2022-23 school year. The ideal candidate is team-oriented and able to work collaboratively, committed to implementing Montessori’s Plan of Study and Work for adolescents, and has a background in humanities. Applicants should enjoy working side-by-side with adolescents and have an interest in utilizing our urban land-based environment to its fullest potential.

Requirements: 

Montessori Adolescent Orientation or Training

2+ years experience teaching adolescents

A passion to share expertise with adolescents

Ability to work collaboratively and in partnership with a Co-Director

This is a full time position that accommodates some daily schedule flexibility. Salary range is $60,000-$70,000 and compensation is commensurate with education and experience. Includes health, 401k benefits, paid holidays and tuition remission for children.
