Oak Knoll Montessori School is an AMI accredited school located in Pasadena, California, just ten miles northeast of Los Angeles. We are a growing school, serving approximately 120 children from eighteen months to fifteen years old. OKMS is seeking an Admissions Director to join our dedicated team. The Admissions Director will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and implementing a dynamic admissions process and marketing strategy for OKMS.
Oak Knoll has a dedicated community of families, two beautiful campuses, and will be celebrating 25 years next fall. We are a warm, supportive community of dedicated Montessori practitioners and we like to laugh. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
A relevant college degree,
Experience working in admissions in an independent school
A demonstrated ability to impact awareness, applications, enrollment, and retention
A commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice
Prior experience in a leadership role
Understanding of Montessori pedagogy
