Acton Academy North Broward (AANB) serves learners aged 5 to 12 years old, providing a revolutionary “disruptive” educational model, and is affiliated with the Acton Academy Network. 

We are seeking a full time Socratic Montessori Guide who is passionate about guiding children on their independent journey of life-long learning, and who possesses a depth, love, and commitment to Maria Montessori’s methodology and materials. 

Guides are expected to prepare the learning environment, lead discussions, inspire our heroes to explore, be curious, take ownership of their learning, and monitor student progress on our self-paced Montessori curriculum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commensurate with experience

Minimum experience: Montessori teaching for 2+ years

Required license or certification: Montessori certification (AMI or AMS)
