We are currently looking to hire an AMI trained A to I guide.
We seek a teacher who is eager to follow and implement the Montessori philosophy and curriculum. Our successful candidate will have strong classroom management skills, an excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, and a warm personality.
We are looking for a candidate who is an effective, communicator, team player and committed to professional and personal growth.
We would love to find someone with classroom experience, but we welcome new teachers. We are ready to offer the support and guidance needed to a newly trained teacher something we have done before. We are also open to offering a retroactive sponsorship. Our school was founded in 1998 and is currently offering authentic Montessori programs from Nido to Primary. The school is located in Libertyville, a northern suburb of Chicago that is a fantastic place to live and an easy commute to Chicago. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
