Nature's Way Montessori
Nature’s Way Montessori is a nature-based Montessori program following AMI principles bringing nature into the classrooms as our prepared environment. Our goal at NWM is for every child to feel connected to themselves, each other and all living things.
We are expanding our infant/toddler community and are seeking two A-I trained guides. One to lead the infants (2 mo. -18 mo.) and one to lead the toddlers (18mo-30/36 mo)
We are also seeking to hire a primary guide for an established class of 24 children.
Applicants should have:
AMI Montessori training
A deep knowledge and love of Montessori theory
Innovative problem solving skills
A desire to connect a community of staff, parents, and students to our vision
Flexibility in addressing children’s needs
Excellent observation skills
Great communication skills with parents
The ability to listen and be present
Be able to start work as early as July 2022
