Using Observation to Advocate for Equitable Infant Toddler Development

This workshop empowers Montessori educators to become advocates for the infants and toddlers in their care. It emphasizes the crucial role of observation in understanding each child’s interconnected development, identifying milestones and potential red flags, and implementing appropriate interventions. Participants will also learn effective strategies for parent communication and to integrate anti-bias strategies to promote equitable outcomes for all children.
