Refresher Course 2018: Phoenix

We are thrilled to announce that the 2018 Refresher Course and Workshops will be held in Phoenix, Arizona!  The Refresher Course will take place Presidents’ Day weekend, February 16-19, 2018.  Phoenix is home to a vibrant Montessori community, with more than 10 AMI schools and the Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies, offering AMI primary and assistants teacher training.  The Refresher Course will be held at the Grand Arizona Resort, where attendees can swim, hike, and enjoy the beautiful desert environment.  The last time the Refresher Course took place in Arizona was in 1997, also the first year that a course was offered for Assistants to Infancy practitioners.  It has been far too long and we can’t wait to return!  More information about the hotel and speakers will be available next summer.
