Speaker Policy: Speakers are confirmed for all sessions however AMI/USA reserves the right to replace speakers who are unable to attend or to cancel presentations when necessary.

Certificates: Professional development certificates are available by request following the conclusion of the event. Request certificates of attendance for previous The Montessori Experience: Refresher Courses and Workshops here. A $10 processing fee will apply for requests made 6 months or more from the end date of an event.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Session recordings from virtual events will be available for a limited time to registered attendees who were not able to attend.
Photography/Session Recording: No photography or recording of presentations is permitted. AMI/USA provides registered attendees with copies of speaker materials as permitted by speaker.
Photo Use: By taking part in any virtual or in-person event hosted by AMI/USA, you grant AMI/USA rights to use images resulting from photography or video filming and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the organizational goals. This may include, but is not limited to, the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not want your photograph to be shared, send a written request to AMI/USA.
