New Teacher Montessori Mentoring

Are you a first-year Montessori teacher eager to develop and seeking support?

AMI/USA introduces a mentorship program designed for our members who are in their first year of teaching. This initiative provides valuable resources and personalized guidance to help enhance your skills.

The Mentorship Program provides:

  • High quality experienced AMI educators
  • Leveled sessions for primary and elementary
  • Bi-monthly virtual sessions (October-May)
  • Practical help in real time
  • Professional development hours
  • Earn GCLL “Bloom & Thrive” certification

Criteria:

  • First-year teacher focused on growth
  • AMI Diploma holder (Primary/Elementary)
  • Available for bi-monthly mentor sessions
  • Active AMI/USA member
  • Lacks ongoing support through mentorship or coaching
  • Willing to invest $100 for 15 weeks of mentorship*

*Tiered sponsorship options are available to accommodate those who find the $100 fee challenging. Sponsorship levels of $25 and $50 are offered.
