AMI/USA is seeking committed, experienced professionals to join our board of directors. These additional board members will be pivotal in stewarding the organization’s operations and strategic plan. Ideal candidates are visionary leaders with a strong commitment to AMI/USA’s mission and objectives, with expertise in the following areas to compliment our current board composition:

Legal – provide guidance on:

• matters of contractual obligation, ensuring AMI/USA’s interests are protected.
• informed decisions that balance values and business objectives with legal requirements.

Finance – provide guidance to:

• form financial policies.
• invest the organization’s funds and ensure that all federal, state and local laws are followed in this regard.
• develop systems for ensuring the organization’s financial health.

Research – provide guidance to:

• facilitate research and share research findings to colleagues, stakeholders and board members.
• develop research aims and objectives.
• identify research funding streams and resources.
