The Montessori Public Policy Forum (MPPF) serves as an external advisory group to the MPPI Council. The Forum is comprised of representatives from various organizations, and individuals and groups interested in working on and/or being informed about Montessori related advocacy and public policy issues. The Forum includes representatives from national Montessori organizations and is open to representatives from state groups and advocacy coalitions. The Forum’s agenda will list invitees, but formal membership does not exist. The Forum can also include participation from non-Montessori organizations as the need is identified.
The Council will convene the Forum at a minimum once quarterly to update participants on the work and progress of the Initiative and solicit input and feedback.
