We are seeking a Mentor for an Upper Elementary Guide in training to support one of our established upper elementary classrooms for the 2023-2024 school year and possibly the 2024-2025. The Mentor position could be 60%-100% FTE and a relocation stipend is available based upon need and situation.

Its rural campus is a 160 acre farm property 75 miles away in western Wisconsin that provides an incredible environment for deep, rich, and meaningful learning opportunities on the land during day trips and overnights.
The characteristics of a strong candidate:
minimum of 3 years experience as a Montessori Guide at the Elementary Level
commitment and passion to support the growth and development of children,
positive attitude, problem solver, honest and compassionate communicator
driven to do high quality work
interested in collaborating with colleagues
approaches differences with curiosity and acceptance
warm and welcoming, as well as clear, confident, and firm when needed
experience and interest with equity, justice, and inclusion education
welcomes feedback and wants to develop, learn, and improve professionally
speaks a second language
