Near North Montessori School, a 60 year old Montessori school in Chicago serving over 560 students (parent infant through 8th grade), is seeking candidates for a Primary Guide starting in August 2023 for the 2023/24 school year. This is a great opportunity to work in a well-established, urban, Montessori school with excellent support and growth opportunities. These come from a dynamic leadership team and an Academic Coach joined by experienced peers and colleagues within the community. NNM is proud of its well cared for and thoughtfully curated campus with beautifully prepared learning environments including a rooftop farm, athletic gyms, indoor pool, textile and tech studio, a theater and 20,000+ square feet of outdoor play space.

Ideal candidates include those who are AMI trained at the Primary level, with experience guiding a 3-6 classroom through at least a 3 year cycle. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a commitment to DEIB work and values in their every day practice. Additionally, we are interested in candidates who can support students and other community members in an inclusive and authentic learning environment.
