We’re seeking a Montessori Primary Guide! Join our inclusive, collaborative team, starting in June, July, or August of 2021.

Qualifications:

Montessori trained (MACTE-accredited)

Full understanding of primary Montessori curriculum

Passion for, and experience working with, children ages 3-6

Strong classroom management skills

Enjoys working collaboratively

Develops positive working relationships with families

Provide a responsive environment that meets children’s evolving needs, and encourages independent learning

Models and guides problem solving and conflict resolution strategies

Communicates professionally and proactively

Salary is dependent upon education and experience.
