WSM has several active searches for positions for the 2021-22 School Year. Ideal candidates will be seasoned professionals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willing to partner with parents and collaborate with a dedicated educational team to provide a nurturing authentic Montessori program for students. Appropriate Montessori Certifications are required for all lead guide positions.

Toddler Lead Guide to lead an established half-day Toddler class of 12 students with an assistant guide.

Primary Lead Guide to lead an established full-day primary/Children’s House class of 20-25 students with a full-time assistant guide.

Elementary Lead Guide to lead an established Lower Elementary class of 20-25 students with a full-time assistant guide.

Adolescent Lead Guide to lead the Mathematics curriculum and join a team of three lead guides to support and direct the students’ academic, social/emotional, and physical development in a prepared land-based Montessori Adolescent environment.
