Toddler Lead Guide

Current opening for a Lead Toddler Guide. This person will prepare the Montessori classroom environment, give lessons and provide a safe and nurturing environment. This is a full-time position.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or related field; Montessori training preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Montessori Toddler Teacher.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity and ability to adapt to the changing needs of toddlers.
Ability to lead and collaborate with team.
Familiarity with state licensing requirements.
