The Garden Montessori
0-3 Trained Guide needed for our toddler community of 10-12 children ages 18-36 months beginning June or August 2021. We are a small Montessori school with a big focus on nature connection, positive discipline and parent education. Our campus is set on 10 acres including wooded nature trails, a toddler-sized playground, a mud kitchen and child-run flower/vegetable garden, full working kitchen for the children’s use and a very supportive parent community. This will be our 7th year of service to our community. We have a great reputation and maintain a long waiting list year-round.
Candidates should have AMS, AMI or MACTE training, will also consider individuals with previous experience interested in pursuing training during the first year of employment. First Aid/CPR training, full criminal background check, 3 professional references and a letter of recommendation required. Summers optional, 24 paid vacation days per school year plus 1 paid sick day per month. We are a half-day school with part or full-time hours available depending on candidate preference.
Salary/benefits are negotiable; relocation funding available for the right candidate.
