We are seeking individuals who are passionate about Montessori and her ideas about nature and child development. We look to attract staff with a long term commitment to our vision as we pass on the baton of leadership to the next generation. First year guides are welcome to apply. Currently, we are seeking to hire an AMI trained Guide for our 18 month – 2 year old classroom.

Salary range is $52,000-$64,000 + depending on your experience and education. We have a very generous PTO and benefits package and are offering a hiring bonus if we hire before August 2024.
