Substitutes support student learning through observation, classroom assistance, and outdoor supervision. Those working with children aged 18 months to 6 years must have Early Childhood Education (ECE) units, while substitutes for Elementary classes do not require them. Candidates may select their preferred age groups.

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Attributes:

– Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs

– Mobility to sit, stand, and move at a child’s level
