Hyde Park Montessori in central Austin is seeking a Montessori Primary Guide to join our inclusive and collaborative team. Qualifications:

Montessori-certified Primary Teacher

Full understanding of primary Montessori curriculum

Passion for, and experience working with, children ages 3-6

Strong classroom management skills

Enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues

Develops positive working relationships with children’s families

Provides a responsive classroom environment that meets children’s evolving needs, and encourages independent learning

Models and guides problem solving and conflict resolution strategies

Communicates professionally and proactively

Salary is dependent upon education and experience.
