Fort Collins Montessori School is seeking a Montessori trained

Primary Guide. We are expanding into our purpose-built facility for the

2024-2025 school year. FCMS serves children from 3 years to 12 years.

Founded as a public charter school in 2014, our Montessori environments represent a local

milestone as Fort Collins’s first public Montessori program. We are thrilled to partner with

Fort Collins Public Schools, Poudre School District, to serve more families. We continue

to be a model of exemplary Montessori education.

Our Primary and Elementary guides and the Head of School are AMI certified or in the process

of getting certification. We are a family-centered learning community. We take seriously our

commitment to serve not only the children enrolled in the School, but also the entire family.

Our classrooms are well-equipped prepared environments, and our staff is committed to our mission.

FCMS is located in southwestern Fort Collins near Colorado State University. Many outdoor

activities are available to residents, including skiing and hiking in the Rocky Mountains located only minutes away.

Applicants may be required to obtain reciprocity or the appropriate certifications

for Colorado. Most teachers opt to take a test for Colorado certification. Please send
