We’re seeking an experienced Montessorian to lead our programs (infant through elementary) by supporting our teaching teams and families. Our ideal candidate is a lifelong learner who knows people are at the heart of everything, can view situations through different lenses, and is excited by the idea of every day looking different.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a lifelong learner who is looking to use their passion for Montessori, love for building relationships, and solutions-oriented mindset in their work to maintain and continuously improve a high-quality Montessori school where growth is valued and encouraged.
You can expect $75,000-$90,000 and a full benefits package.
