World Community Montessori in Bedford, Virginia, is seeking a full-time lower elementary guide for the 2025-26 school year. WCM provides a values-based education in a beautiful natural setting near the Blue Ridge mountains. We offer small class sizes and competitive pay and welcome newly trained teachers. We will also consider candidates interested in obtaining their Montessori certification and will help sponsor their training.
