Dynamite Montessori Academy is an AMI Recognized school serving children 18 months thru 6th Grade since 1998. Our main campus is situated on 5-acres in beautiful Cave Creek, Arizona. All of our classrooms offer bi-lingual education in both English and Spanish. Either the Lead Guide or Assistant is a native Spanish speaker.

Bi-Lingual Spanish/English Speakers are encouraged to apply! Our classrooms are beautiful and outfitted with Nienhuis Montessori materials. We have farm animals and community gardens.

We are looking for candidates with a clear understanding of authentic AMI Montessori ideals, and a deep knowledge of the development of children. The Lead Guide’s role is to deliver high-quality lessons, asses the individual student’s needs and growth, keep detailed records and communicate with families. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management and communication skills that nurture self-discipline and confidence. Additionally, a Professional attitude, strong work ethic and time management skills are required.

Elementary Guide (Ages 6 years – 12 years)

The ideal candidate will have completed the AMI Elementary training and possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Two years prior experience teaching as a lead guide in a Montessori classroom preferred. We are seeking teachers that are thoughtful, life-long learners with a passion for authentic Montessori education. The ideal candidate is creative and motivated to encourage curiosity and independence in children. The candidate must enjoy working with 6-12-year-olds with respect, acceptance, humor, and love. The candidate should possess strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to children, parents, co-workers and administration.

We are looking for a Lead Guide to start in summer 2025 or fall 2025.
