The Hearth Room is seeking a Head of School to prepare and oversee the launch our first campus (Primary and Elementary), hire staff, attract families, manage daily activities on site, and ensure an authentic Montessori education and the implementation of our core values. This person reports to the Executive Director, who is AMI trained.

Attention to detail, impeccable communication skills, warmth, confidence, compassion, and the ability to be firm when needed are all a must. The ideal candidate possesses an AMI diploma, but candidates with other Montessori experience may be considered. See website for more details.
