Mater Amoris Montessori School seeks an energetic and highly adaptable Elementary Guide to join our team beginning in January 2021.

Candidates must be prepared to implement the Montessori method indoors, outdoors, and/or in a remote format as we continue to navigate the pandemic. Individuals wishing to be on staff at Mater Amoris Montessori School must demonstrate an ability to work as part of a dynamic and diverse team. Guides should be skilled at supporting the holistic development of children in their care, should be able to adapt lessons and learning experiences to meet the needs of the children, and should participate in ongoing monitoring of student growth and development.

Strong communication skills, a commitment to ethical behavior, and a collaborative nature are key to building relationships with children, parents, and co-workers and are required of all members of the Mater Amoris team. An AMI diploma and 3 years of experience are required.
