Three Tree Montessori is seeking an Elementary Guide to join our school for the 2023-2024 school year.
Three Tree is growing! We are looking for a dynamic individual to join a team of passionate educators to lead a Lower Elementary classroom. Three Tree is a beautiful and bright AMI-recognized school located 15 minutes south of downtown Seattle in the scenic Pacific Northwest, with easy access to both mountains and water.
Our ideal candidate is a positive person who has a Bachelor’s degree and AMI Elementary Montessori Certification, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, Montessori Elementary classroom experience, embraces professional teamwork and collaboration and brings a kind spirit to the important work of building relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. We will consider individuals currently in training.
The salary range for newly trained Guides is $50-55K. Benefit information can be found on the school’s website under “Our School”.
