This position is responsible for creating and leading a community of reflective practitioners and ensuring the fidelity of implementation of Montessori elementary for both children and adults. The Montessori Coach is a member of the school leadership team and will participate in all school-wide decision-making, strategic planning, and educational program design. The elementary coach will utilize the coaching method developed by National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector (NCMPS) and will participate in ongoing development and collaboration through NCMPS and Public Montessori in Action International (PMAI).
