Job Description: We are looking for a passionate Primary and Toddler Montessori Guide whose mission is to create a lifelong love of learning in little ones. At Dripping Springs Montessori School we are changing the national narrative on early childhood education: preschool is the new college. We know that the 0-6 window is the key time for brain development, empathy development, and character development. This is why we so deeply respect this profession and want to find teachers who have pride in their craft and want to partner with others who feel the same. Our ratios are the lowest in the country at 1:6 and we are deeply committed to honoring the dignity and the beauty of every child.

Full-time role; Competitive salary at $40-$45K + health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance + professional development, training, and coaching services

Requirements: Ideally, Montessori credentialed with classroom experience – but we are willing to invest in your growth and development!
