MONTESSORI ONE ACADEMY, in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico, is currently seeking a Director for the 2021-2022 school year. Successful applicants will be able to create the following DESIRED OUTCOMES:
• Create an environment of accountability and trust with all stakeholders: children, team members, families, and the community at large.
• Empower team members and establish consistency and routine in processes so that staff can bring 100% to work daily.
• Create an innovative environment that generates new ideas at all levels in the organization leading to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead from a place of service and selflessness, with children at the center of every action and decision.
• Meet and exceed Montessori ONE’s budgetary and enrollment goals
• Promote understanding of each team member’s interests, contributions, skills, and varying roles to optimize performance and collaborative spirit.
In addition, the successful candidate will possess initiative, leadership, management and organizational skills. Must have five years of leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Master of Education and Montessori Certification are preferred but not required.
