Omni Montessori School (OMS) seeks a Director of Primary Programs to lead an established primary team beginning no later than August 1, 2025. The Director of Primary Programs will provide coaching, management, oversight and support for the primary faculty and staff and serve as an integral member of the school’s Leadership Team. In addition, this individual will be responsible for assisting with our parent education program and coordinating with outside specialists. The ideal candidate will possess an AMI Primary Diploma and a minimum of six years of Montessori primary classroom experience. Previous administration experience is preferred. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, coaching, management, and supervisory skills.
