Greenspring Montessori School is seeking a Director of Education to serve as a senior member of the administrative team. This individual provides support, guidance, inspiration, coaching, and continuing education to our staff, parents, and other constituents in Montessori philosophy and best practices, as well as current child development theory. This is a year-round, full-time position. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of one Montessori certification, and a minimum of 6 years teaching experience. A Master’s Degree in Education, more than one Montessori certification, and supervisory experience are preferred.
