The Black Mountain Montessori School family is growing, and we are in search of the perfect Lead Teacher to join our loving and nurturing community school for the 25/26 school year that begins mid August. We are looking for candidates who desire to be a part of a supportive and vibrant community of Montessori Educators. We value teachers as mentors, guides and partners. Teachers are given the freedom to follow the child, lead them to big work, and utilize the many resources in the community to expand their learning.

Job requirements

+ Montessori Certified for Early Childhood (ages 3-6) (required)

+ 3-5 years teaching experience in a Montessori classroom (preferred)

+ Bachelor’s Degree (required)
