Breakthrough Montessori is a public charter school in Washington, DC, serving children ages 3 to 13. Under the direction of the Principal, the elementary Assistant Principal is a member of the school administrative team. The Assistant Principal creates a community of reflective practitioners and ensures high-fidelity implementation of the Montessori method. The Elementary Assistant Principal coaches all elementary classroom teams to create and sustain an outstanding school culture that supports human flourishing.
Compensation: Salary starts at $90,000 and will be commensurate with degree and years of experience
