Ruffing Montessori School, located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, seeks bright, energetic, and collaborative full-time Montessori classroom Assistant Guides. The ideal candidates will have earned an AMI diploma, possess classroom management skills, and have relevant experience working with young children. The incumbents will be highly motivated individuals who will assist a Lead Guide with a group of 25-30 children to manage the care and maintenance of a Montessori environment. The incumbents must have strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. The ideal candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm for working with a team of professionals and possess a positive spirit and willingness to work cooperatively in an atmosphere of respect. Successful candidates will demonstrate keen enthusiasm and appreciation for Ruffing’s culture, values, and mission. Experience in a Montessori environment is preferred. COVID vaccination is required to work at this school.
