Primary Guide or Apprentice (Ages 4-6) – Austin, TX
Ascent Academy in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Primary Guide or Apprentice to co-lead a 4-6 year-old classroom (Spark Studio).
We welcome applicants who have or are currently pursuing their Montessori certification or have a strong interest in Montessori education—certification is preferred but not required.
This is an opportunity to join a learner-driven, year-round program where young learners are empowered through autonomy, curiosity, and hands-on exploration.
Applicants must be willing to relocate to Austin, Texas, commute reliably to our campus at 5701 Cameron Road, and have a valid U.S. work permit (visa sponsorship is not available).
