Our mission is to provide a quality experience for children ages 18 months to six years by following the needs and strengths of the child in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic AMI-trained Primary Montessori Teacher to guide a mixed-age classroom of children ages 3 to 6. The ideal candidate is passionate about Montessori education, skilled in classroom management, and committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a prepared Montessori environment aligned with AMI standards.

Observe, guide, and assess students to support individualized learning and development.

Maintain a nurturing, respectful, and orderly classroom environment.

Establish strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Prepare, maintain, and rotate materials as needed.

Keep accurate records of each child’s progress and development.

Partner with assistant teachers to ensure cohesive classroom management.

Communicate regularly with parents through conferences, reports, and informal updates.

Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Uphold the school’s mission, values, and commitment to Montessori principles.

Qualifications:

AMI Primary (3–6) Diploma required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Deep respect for children and a passion for Montessori education.

Ability to work collaboratively and professionally within a team.
