Aya Montessori is looking for an AMI-trained Primary Guide to join its family of educators in August 2022. Our growing community is seeking an open and collaborative Montessori leader that has deep appreciation and respect for our diverse community of students and families. In addition to authentic Montessori Education, Aya offers multiple learning tracks including Arabic as a second language and Islamic Education. Our mission is to nurture the minds, bodies, and souls of future generations ages 1-12. 

Aya Montessori is an AMI /USA School Member with an AMI recognized Primary Program, an MSDE approved nonpublic school for grades KG-6, and a licensed childcare center for ages 1-5. Our new campus, located in the heart of Columbia, MD, features 14,000+ sqf of warm, home-like sun-filled environments, large and beautifully-designed houses to support the children’s independence and developmental needs, and 2 acres of outdoor space with multiple playgrounds, a splash pool, and a community garden.
