We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated candidate who possesses:

An AMI Montessori diploma for ages 3-6 (bachelor’s degree preferred)

A deep passion for guiding primary-aged students

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A collaborative and open-minded approach to working with team members and parents

This opportunity is ideal for a newly trained guide who is open to spending a year as an assistant alongside an experienced mentor. This approach provides valuable hands-on experience in classroom management while building strong connections with the children and parents. After this foundational year, the guide will transition into a lead role, ensuring continuity in fostering a warm and inspiring learning environment.

Position Start Date: July 28, 2025
