Montessori Community school is seeking a Primary trained Lead to join our school community! We are a team of dedicated Montessorians guiding children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten. We have one Nido, two Toddler and two Primary classes.
Our school is an AMI school and located in beautiful Santa Cruz County California, close to beaches and surrounded by redwoods.
We are looking for a Guide to ideally start in July, but no later than August 21. We offer highly competitive pay, benefits, gaurenteed 6% yearly wage increase, and more.
We are looking for a long-term, dedicated Guide, who will take on a leadership role in our community.
