Northwest Montessori School – Seattle, WA

Northwest Montessori is seeking a trained AMI primary teacher for our Woodland Park location. NWM was one of the first Montessori schools in Seattle. We recently celebrated our 55th anniversary, and our school continues to grow. Our school has seven primary classrooms in three locations throughout the city and two elementary classrooms located just south of the Woodland Park Zoo. Northwest Montessori staff members are very experienced, friendly, and generous with their support.

Job Title: Lead Teacher

Pay Scale: $50,000 – $65,000 (based on experience, education, job related skills)

Hours: 40 hours/week during the academic year (includes 1 hour a day for planning and prep) and an additional 60 hours during the summer for primary teachers
